Allow me the privilege of introducing myself. My name is Jarrell, a native Texan who loves new challenges and experiences. The current challenge is this website.  I made this website as a way to show my skills in AWS to finally get employed as an AWS Administrator or Architecture. Why I consider this a challenge is in life, no amount of degrees or certificates is enough anymore to find a job, experience is essential. Yet how can I gain experience without getting a job first?
In order to overcome this problem, I created this website as an example of some of my skills with AWS. I hope after examining this site and some of the other projects I have worked on, including Python scripts, someone will take a chance and hire me for there AWS needs. Though there is more to this site I hope for. The name skycloudworks was based on the fact that like there are many clouds in the sky, there are many cloud services in the IT sky. I specialize in AWS, but what about those in Azure, IBM, or Google in the same situation as I am? I would like to use this site to host projects where others can post and link to to advertise their skills as I have. This will be done in version 2 of this site. I hope I can get a job but that others who went through hours of training, school, and trials can as well, after all the sky is big enough for all of us.
As for myself outside of AWS, I enjoy many things such as volunteer work to help others in need and I love to travel, only 9 states left to drive through. My favorite hobbies are cooking and drinking, though I do enjoy it best with others.
